Business to Business
Post what your business needs to buy and choose its category. Verified suppliers following that category get an alert and reply with a quotation; requests filed under Other are only visible on the board. You compare and award — the chamber does not take a cut and is not a party to the contract.
For verified members
Requests are visible only to current verified OCCIMA members, and quotations only to the buyer who asked for them. That is deliberate: what a business is buying, in what quantity, is commercially sensitive, and no supplier can see a competitor’s price.
If you are buying
Post a specification, a quantity and a closing date, and choose a category. Every verified supplier with a current membership who follows the chosen category gets an alert; a request filed under Other gets no alert and is only visible on the board. Quotations come back only to you, and you compare them side by side.
If you are selling
Follow the categories you supply. When a member posts a matching request you can receive an alert, and your price is seen only by you, the buyer and OCCIMA staff — never by another supplier.
