Our target and current status
Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The website has not undergone a complete independent accessibility assessment, so we cannot claim full conformance or certification.
Features intended to help
The public layout includes a skip-to-content link, named navigation, responsive text and layouts, visible keyboard focus and support for reduced motion. Forms use labels and validation messages. Privacy choices can be opened from the footer without accepting optional analytics.
What we have assessed
The October 2026 review examines source code and local tests for shared navigation, forms, privacy choices and this statement. Local browser checks cover selected public surfaces and narrow-screen behaviour. This is a limited self-assessment, not a test of every page with every assistive technology.
Known limitations and areas still to check
- Full screen-reader testing across the member portal, staff dashboard and every public service remains to be completed.
- Uploaded documents, certificates and older content have not all been checked for accessible reading order, descriptive alternatives or document tagging.
- Payment-provider pages and other external services need separate assessment; their accessibility is outside our direct control.
- Accessibility can change when site content is edited. Contrast, image descriptions and form feedback need continuing review.
Report a barrier or ask for help
Email info@occima.org or use our contact page. If possible, include the page address, what you were trying to do, the difficulty and your browser or assistive technology. Do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents in a report. Tell us if you need the information in another format.
